SUPPLEMENTARY: Style A size poster for Storm Center designed by Saul Bass, 22" x 28", 1956
In 1989, Saul Bass was invited by Artis 89 to mark the bicentennial of the 1789 "Declaration of the Rights of the Man and of the Citizen," originating with the French Revolution. He created a poster based on one of his previous works, repurposing a design initially created 30 years earlier for 1956's Storm Center.
