Henry Hobson is a filmmaker and title designer from Salisbury, England, and the founder of Bootmaker Films.
He has an MA from the Royal College of Art and BA from The London College of Printing (now The London College of Communication). He has designed titles for films such as Sherlock Holmes, Rango, Snow White and the Huntsman, and the documentary Franca: Chaos and Creation; for the television series The Walking Dead; and for the video games The Last of Us, Killzone: Shadow Fall and Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. In 2014, he and partner Manija Emran designed the title cards for the 86th Academy Awards. He was also creative director for the 87th Academy Awards nomination package design, broadcast graphics, and stage screen design.
Hobson made his feature film directing debut in 2014 with Maggie, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Abigail Breslin.
